Kathlene Humphrey

Kathlene brings a strong soccer background and a passion for developing players. She played Division II soccer at Shepherd University, where she competed as a defender and was known for her toughness, game awareness, and leadership on the field.

Before college, Kathlene grew up playing for SAC, where she developed her technical foundation and love for the game. Her years in competitive club soccer helped shape her understanding of the game and her commitment to teamwork and discipline.

Kathlene enjoys helping players grow in confidence, defensive awareness, and overall soccer IQ while fostering a positive and encouraging environment for athletes to develop their skills.

U14 and U13 Girls

Rachel Nuzzolese

Rachel Nuzzolese has been a leader in Maryland soccer development for many years. She grew up playing at the highest levels of youth soccer, spending nearly a decade in the U.S. Youth National Team system before playing Division I soccer at Wake Forest University. During her college career, she helped her team win an ACC Championship and reach the NCAA Final Four. She also competed in the USL W-League with top teams in California.

After retiring from competitive play, Rachel dedicated her career to training and coaching the next generation of players. Using her elite playing experience and passion for development, she has worked with more than 50 club teams and thousands of athletes throughout the Maryland area, helping players grow technically, tactically, and mentally.

U13 Boys and U14 Girls

Jazmin Gonzalez

Jazz played Division I soccer at Charleston Southern University, where she competed as a goalkeeper and served as a team captain during her fifth year. Known for her leadership, composure, and strong presence in goal, Jazz was a key leader both on and off the field.

Originally from Philadelphia, Jazz brings a competitive mindset and a passion for developing goalkeepers and field players alike. Her experience playing at the Division I level gives her valuable insight into the demands of high-level soccer and what it takes to compete and lead a team.

Jazz is dedicated to helping athletes build confidence, sharpen their skills, and grow as leaders on and off the field.

U12 and U11 Girls

Noah played Division III soccer at Goucher College, where he continued to develop his all-around understanding of the game. Having played multiple positions on the field, Noah brings a versatile perspective and a strong tactical awareness to his coaching.

Noah has trained with Rachel since the age of 10, giving him years of experience in a competitive training environment and a deep understanding of player development. He also played at River Hill High School, where he further developed his technical skills and love for the game.

Noah is passionate about helping players grow in confidence, improve their technical ability, and better understand the game from every position on the field.

U12 and U13 Boys

Noah Hanson

Lydia played Division I soccer at Charleston Southern University, where she competed as both a forward and midfielder and served as a two-year team captain. Known for her leadership, work ethic, and passion for the game, she brought energy and intensity to the field every day.

After her collegiate career, Lydia continued in the game through coaching, serving on the coaching staff at the University of Maryland from 2018–2020. She has also been coaching with Soccer by Rachel since 2018, where she loves helping players develop technically, grow in confidence, and deepen their understanding of the game. Her experience as both a high-level player and coach allows her to connect with athletes and push them to reach their full potential.

Lydia Radcliffe

JC brings creativity, technical excellence, and years of experience to the coaching staff. He has played internationally in Costa Rica, gaining valuable experience competing in a different soccer environment and culture.

JC has also trained with Rachel for over 10 years, developing a deep understanding of the training philosophy and player development approach. Known as a master on the ball, JC excels technically and enjoys helping players improve their footwork, creativity, and confidence in possession.

He is passionate about helping athletes refine their technical skills and develop the comfort and control needed to succeed at higher levels of the game.

JC Marks

Anthony played Division I soccer at Villanova University, where he developed a strong understanding of the game and what it takes to compete at a high level. Known for his leadership and positive presence, Anthony brings energy, encouragement, and high standards to every training session.

As a coach, he is passionate about helping players improve their technical ability, confidence, and overall love for the game. His leadership and commitment to player development make him a valuable mentor to the athletes he works with.
